By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1️⃣ Booking & Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after full or advance payment.
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day.
- Late Payments: Failure to complete payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client:
If canceled more than 7 days before the event, a 70% refund will be issued.
If canceled within 7 days of the event, 30% cancellation charges apply.
If canceled within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation by Spotlight:
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or a rescheduled date.
- Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
3️⃣ Service Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Video & Photo Delivery:
The first set of edited reels (2-3 videos) will be delivered within 24 hours of the event.
The remaining content will be delivered based on the agreed timeline.
- Raw Footage:
Clients who opt for raw footage will receive it within 3-5 business days.
- Revisions:
Each project includes one free revision; additional changes will be chargeable.
4️⃣ Usage Rights & Data Ownership
- Spotlight’s Ownership:
All footage shot and edited by Spotlight remains Spotlight’s property.
We reserve the right to use the content for promotional purposes, social media, and marketing materials.
- Client Privacy Assurance:
Client privacy is a priority.
We guarantee high-end security measures to protect all footage.
Minimal risk of data loss due to our backup systems.
5️⃣ Client Responsibilities
- Event Timing:
Clients must provide accurate event details, locations, and schedules.
- Permissions & Venue Access:
The client must arrange necessary permissions for shooting at the venue.
- Backup Arrangements:
In case of weather issues or unexpected situations, clients should arrange an alternate location.
6️⃣ Limitations & Liabilities
- Technical Failures:
We take precautions, but we are not liable for any loss due to power failures, equipment malfunctions, or external disruptions.
- Delays & Rescheduling:
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, client unavailability, or last-minute changes.
- Third-Party Involvement:
Spotlight is not liable for loss of footage or delays caused by third-party vendors or other service providers.
7️⃣ Payment Integration & Booking System
- Online Payments:
Clients can make payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Website Booking System:
The website booking system allows clients to check availability in real-time (Maximum 3 bookings per day).
If the daily booking limit is reached, the system will notify clients about the next available date.
8️⃣ Event-Specific Terms
- Wedding Shoots:
Covers events like Haldi, Baraat, Sangeet, Reception, Couple Cinematic Shots.
- Artist Portfolios:
Available for singers, DJs, wedding anchors, and performers.
- Corporate & Public Events:
Includes seminars, brand events, public gatherings, and business shoots.
9️⃣ Behind-the-Scenes & Testimonials
- BTS Section:
Our website includes a Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) section showcasing our team’s work.
- Client Testimonials:
We display client reviews and testimonials on the website to build trust and credibility.
